White Screen Upon Entering an Experience Module
When I enter into an Experience Module in the Focus 3 I receive an empty white screen
If you encounter a white screen when entering an Experience Module, it is more than likely due to a compromised or failed download resulting from lack of Wi-Fi connectivity when the module was downloaded
The first thing you will want to check is if are you connected to Wi-Fi. In the Focus 3, go to the settings menu -> connectivity to see if you are connected to your local network. If you're still not sure open the VIVE browser and try navigating to a website.
Next, if you're connected to Wi-Fi but still receiving a white screen upon entering an Experience Module, go into the PeriopSim lobby and click into Experience Management. Delete the module that is giving you the white screen and re-download.
