Welcome to the PeriopSim Support Site. In order to access the full Knowledge Base, please be sure to login with your PeriopSim credentials. This will be the same email address you use to log into PeriopSim, and the same password.

Please be specific: Instead of saying "it's not working," describe the exact behavior you are experiencing.

Gather Information: Collect any relevant details beforehand, such as the device you're using, the OS version, browser, or app version. Also, the steps you have taken to reproduce the issue, timestamps, and error codes.

Attach Visuals: If possible, include screenshots or video. Visuals often save time and prevent miscommunication.
