Performing a Factory Reset on the HTC Focus 3

A factory reset reverts the headset to its initial state before you turned on the headset for the first time.

If your HTC VIVE Focus 3 has a persistent problem that cannot be solved, a factory reset can be performed. This operation is also used in situations where a batch configuration file needs installed, or used by support when a headset fails to launch or a faulty installation renders the headset inoperable.

Important: A factory reset will remove all data from the headset, including apps that have been downloaded and installed, content, any accounts and files, as well as system and app data settings. 

Go to Settings > Advanced > Reset then select Erase all data
