What do the options in User Management do?

The options apply adjustments that the learners will experience while using PeriopSim.

Neutral Zone training in VR

In PeriopSim VR, there is the feature to practice passing sharps instruments safely. Certain instruments such as Scalpels, Sharp Retractors, and Sutures need to be passed to the Neutral Zone on the Mayo Stand defined by the rectangle tray. If a learner fails to do so, they will be given a penalty.

Sterile field support in VR

In PeriopSim VR, there is the feature to practice keeping your hands above the table and never dropping instruments. These are considered Never Happen events and the learner will be given a penalty.
