      Installing PeriopSim VR on PC for HTC VIVE Focus Series and HTC VIVE XR Elite VR Headsets: VIVEPORT App Store

      VIVE Business Streaming lets you stream, wirelessly or through a cable, SteamVR-compatible content from your PC directly to your HTC VIVE Focus Series or XR Elite VR headset

      Before starting, please ensure you have all the necessary equipment and hardware. If establishing a wired connection, you will need either the VIVE Wired Streaming Kit (DisplayPort compatible) or a USB-C 3.2 gen 2 cable. Compatible headsets and system requirements are listed below 

      Compatible headsets include VIVE Focus Vision, VIVE XR Elite (Business Edition), or VIVE Focus 3. For PC system requirements use the following link -

      1. Download the VIVEPORT desktop app to your PC. If you haven't already, you will need to first establish a free HTC account or VIVEPORT account. Account creation and download link can be found here - https://www.viveport.com/
      2. The latest version of PeriopSim VR can be downloaded from HTC's VIVEPORT Store - https://www.viveport.com/dcc269b6-6c9c-4e4e-b86f-2e58efa4f86d
      3. Make sure SteamVR has been downloaded to your PC and you have the latest public release version running. You can download SteamVR from: https://store.steampowered.com/app/250820/SteamVR/.
      4. Next, you will want to Install VIVE Business Streaming on your PC. The free installer is available for download here - https://dl.vive.com/vbspc If already downloaded, ensure you are running the latest version of the VIVE Business Streaming software.
      5. For VIVE Business+ users, a direct VIVE Business Streaming offline installer can be found in your VIVE Business+ account. Go to Download > App > VIVE Business Streaming Offline Installer
      6. Ensure VIVE Business Streaming is installed on your headset. If not, sign into the VIVE Business AppStore using your HTC account, and select VIVE Business Streaming to download and/or update.
      7. Before continuing, make sure you've completed room setup from your headset in the space you plan to use it. Room setup is done from the headset and not from SteamVR or VIVE Business Streaming
      8. Launch VIVE Business Streaming from your HTC VIVE headset. Wait for VIVE Business Streaming to launch on your PC, followed by Steam VR. Please note: Always let VIVE Business Streaming launch SteamVR
      9. Once SteamVR has launched, select PeriopSim VR from the SteamVR lobby and log in to the PeriopSim VR App.

      Please note:  If operating on an enterprise network and/or using an enterprise issued PC and you're unable to download the VIVE Business Streaming installation package, check the network security settings to make sure the connection to the host server is not being blocked.
