How to contact Support

Conquer provides support via email. You can contact two different ways.

1. If you are logged into PeriopSim on iPad

  • Click the Information button in the upper right corner of the screen to enter the Support area.
  • Click the Cloud button in the upper right corner of the screen to see your tickets.
  • Click the New button in the upper right corner of the screen to create a new ticket and support request.

2. Email us directly at support@periopsim.com

In all cases you will receive a notification that we have received your email and a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress of your request.

If this the first time you have emailed a support request we will automatically set up a support account for you (using your email address) which you can use to see and comment on your support tickets. Support is accessed at https://support.periopsim.com. To complete the signup and see your tickets all you need to do is to add a password.
