Meta Quest Series headsets cannot be put into kiosk mode without being enrolled into an MDM Solution. If you are using headsets enrolled in Meta Horizon Managed Services, these can be put into kiosk mode via the Admin Center
How to put your Meta Quest Series headset into a single-app experience via Meta Quest for Business Admin Center:
- Open Admin Center on Meta Quest for Business
- Click Devices in the left menu of Admin Center
- If you’re turning on single-app experience for a device configured independently in Shared Mode, then click the name of the device.
- If you’re turning on single-app experience for a Shared Mode device preset, then click Device presets in the left menu and then click the name of the device preset.
- Click the Device experience tab
- Click Single-app experience
- Click the toggle to the right of Launch selected app automatically
- You’ll be prompted to assign apps(s) to the device or device preset if no apps have been assigned yet
- Select PeriopSim VR from the dropdown, then click Save
- Any previously available apps on the affected device(s) will no longer be available
