How do I get help?

Conquer generally provides support via email. You can

1. Use the Information button in PeriopSim application or

2. Email us directly at support@periopsim.com

In all cases you will receive a notification that we have received your email and a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress of your request.

If this the first time you have emailed a support request we will automatically set up a support account for you (using your email address) which you can use to see and comment on your support tickets. To complete the signup all you need to do is to add a password.

In App Support

If you are using the in App help and support system, accessed via the Information button, you can see our information and support articles from the online Help System. While in the application you can:

  • Search for support topics
  • Navigate through helpful articles
  • Send and create new support requests
  • See your current support tickets and the responses to them

Email Support

If you use email support you will receive a notification of the support requests and any updates to the same email address that your account was set up with.
