How do I delete a learner from an active subscription?

Once a learner has completed an experience playthrough, their license is locked and can not be deleted from a subscription


If your learner has not performed an experience playthrough they can be deleted from a subscription. A learner that has completed a playthrough of an experience will then be locked, preventing the learner from being deleted out of a subscription. If you have a learner who needs deleted from a subscription, please contact your Customer Success Manager for further assistance
