Headset is stuck on the spinning triangular VIVE Logo at start up

When I put on the HTC VIVE Focus 3 headset it seems to be stuck with a spinning VIVE logo

This is likely due to tracking issues. Sometimes the headset sensors are searching for tracking references in the room you are in and are potentially failing. Culprits are usually blank, featureless walls, windows, or the room being too bright or too dark.

Potential fixes are trying the headset in a different room, add something on the wall (perhaps pictures, colored tape) to better assist the tracking sensors.
